Rotaract @ W&M

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

– Margaret Mead

Who are we?

Rotaract is back to W&M after 13 years! We are a group of William and Mary students dedicated to sustainable service work on a local, national, and international scale by supporting the mission of Rotary International.

What do we do?

We work on international humanitarian projects with Rotary International. Rotaract clubs bring together young people ages 18 and older in communities worldwide to organize service activities, develop leadership skills, and socialize.

What is Rotaract?

Established in 1911, Rotary International is a global organization with more than 1.6 million members across 46,000 clubs in 220 countries. The Rotary Foundation sponsors grants to support various causes including fighting disease, growing local economies, promoting peace, providing clean water, protecting the environment, saving mothers and children, and supporting education.
